Instructions (Oven Method)

Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).

Slice zucchini into rounds or sticks.

Toss zucchini with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Roast 12–15 minutes until tender.

Sprinkle Parmesan on top and return to oven for 3–5 minutes until melted and lightly golden.
